A 20min Naturopathic consultation for acute health and dis-ease conditions wanting to be addressed utilising herbal & nutritional medicine, diet, lifestyle and emotional well-being, or a custom herbal or nutritional script.

A 1 hour Holistic and intuitive counselling session in a safe, authentic space.
A deeply somatic and therapeutic 1.5 hour couples healing journey, feeling into your current emotions and assisting you both to express yourselves safely and authentically, holding space for an hour of counselling after which we will go into gently guided somatic bodywork.
Available for retreat, private, corporate, education or charity therapeutic event leading, hosting, and co-facilitating. Call to discuss.
